Why don't you pour yourself a tall cool glass of.... Uinta Hop Notch ! WOW, this is good stuff. 7.3%, 89IBU, malty nose with gentle whiffs of grapefruit and herbs. !!!error: Indecipherable SUB-paragraph formatting!!! Slurp, Slurp.

I prefer Dubhe (imperial black IPA) to Hop Notch, but they are both great beers.

I have my fave's, but there are very few craft beers that I won't drink.
I'm more of an IPA or DIPA kinda guy now. I hardly drink any import beer anymore since there are so many domestic crafts available - including many from the area.
My top six:
Resin (Six Point, NY)
Route 113 (SlyFox, PA)
Space Dust IPA (Elysian, WA)
HopDevil Ale (Victory, PA)
60 minute IPA (DogFish, DE)
Ruination (Stone, CA)
